By accessing or using SignalPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
2. Service Description
SignalPro provides AI-generated trading signal information for cryptocurrency markets. Signals include reference entry, target, and stop-loss prices. The Service is an informational tool only — it does NOT constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

SignalPro is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The signals and data provided are for informational and educational purposes only. No content on this platform should be construed as a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to buy or sell any securities or financial products. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Past performance — whether from backtesting, simulations, or historical data — does NOT guarantee future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Market conditions can change rapidly and may differ significantly from backtested scenarios.
5. Backtest Results and Fees
All returns, charts, annual and monthly figures and trade lists on this site are historical backtests (simulations) of each strategy, not live account returns. Each strategy is tested as its own continuous account starting with 10,000 USDT and is never reset between years. Volatility Expansion (Bybit) includes a 0.055% fee and 0.01% slippage per fill plus historical funding. SMC (Bitunix) uses Bybit market data and funding as a proxy, a 0.06% fee per fill (Bitunix's base-tier taker rate) and 0.01% slippage, and includes no fee rebate or referral discount. It follows the live profile of 0.45% risk per trade with at most 6 open positions, counter-trend signals first, from 2021-06-01 to 2026-10-02. Live risk per trade was raised from 0.39% to 0.45% on 2026-10-02; positions opened earlier keep their original size. Republished on 2026-10-02, it replaces the earlier result of +352.59% (2021-06-01 to 2026-09-14), which used 0.39% risk, five positions in symbol order and an assumed 75% fee rebate. Amounts shown for a different starting capital scale the same backtest proportionally; they are not a new backtest, and exchange minimums, liquidity and fees can change actual results. Trade lists show one row per completed position, not individual live fills, and dashboard signal statistics sum source-signal returns rather than your account equity. Referral benefits such as the Bitunix fee discount for referral code signalpro are offered by SignalPro; eligibility, the fee rate applied and how rebates are paid depend on your exchange account. Historical drawdowns do not cap future losses, and past results do not guarantee future returns.
6. Subscription Purchases & Refund Policy
Subscriptions are digital services activated as soon as payment is confirmed and are non-refundable once active. There is no auto-renewal or auto-billing; alerts stop when the period ends.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalPro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any signals provided, including but not limited to trading losses.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
